Description: 48 count, beginner intermediate partner circle dance
Musik: Cotton Eyed Joe by The Rednex
Position: Closed Position. Man facing OLOD & Lady facing ILOD. Man’s steps are described below (Lady opposite footwork)

LEFT HEEL/HOOK & LEFT SHUFFLE–RIGHT HEEL/HOOK & RIGHT SHUFFLE
1-2,3&4 Tap left heel out to the side, hook left foot and left side shuffle to LOD (pivot on left)
5-6,7&8 Tap right heel out to side, hook right foot and right side shuffle to RLOD

4 SHUFFLES -„SHE GOES“ AND „HE GOES“ UNDER LEFT ARM
1&2,3&4 MAN: Left & right shuffles in place facing OLOD
LADY: Right & left shuffles under man’s left arm turning ½ right to face OLOD
5&6,7&8 MAN: Left & right shuffles under lady’s right arm turning ½ left
LADY: Right & left shuffles lady turning ½ right behind man
Both are facing ILOD (circle) side by side, man’s left hold lady’s right hand. Everyone should be holding hands, facing inside of circle

STEPPING FORWARD, KICK-STEPPING BACKWARD, STOMP
1-4 Walking forward left, right, left & kick right foot
5-8 Walking backward right, left, right & stomp left next to right (no weight)
STEPPING FORWARD, KICK-STEPPING BACKWARD, STOMP
1-8 Repeat the above 8 counts

4 SHUFFLES TO ORIGINAL CLOSED POSITION
1&2,3&4,5&6,7&8 Lady on man’s left side, release outside hands— hold & raise inside hands over man’s head
MAN: Turns ½ left facing OLOD, left & right shuffles in place
LADY: Right & left shuffles crossing around back of man starts turning right, right & left shuffles completes full right turn facing ILOD

4 SHUFFLES – CLOSED POSITION FULL RIGHT TURN
1-8 Closed position, couples will make a full turn to the right on 4 shuffles (left-right-left-right) ending in the original position (Promenade)
Man face OLOD & lady face ILOD
